Our Background:

We have over 30 year experience in the recruiting profession, and have been working in the Engineering specialty since 1975.

Before founding Taylor Engineers & Tech, Lynn Taylor gained experience managing an office for the Snelling & Snelling recruiting firm.  Lynn received many awards for quality service to applicants and client companies, and also for skill at managing their Albany, NY regional office.
